Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
For any eligible item returned, a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Exceptions and Final Sale Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Perfumes and beauty products are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or refund, whether opened or unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons. This exclusion is in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the last item in your order, without having to provide any reason. This period is extended if it expires on a weekend or public holiday.
To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to perfumes and beauty products, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery).
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
