Bio-Oil® is a special skin care product that is recommended to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. It is also recommended for aging and dehydrated skin. Bio-Oil is a combination of plant extracts and vitamins added to the oil base. Non-oxygenated oil allows you to maintain the effectiveness of plant extracts and vitamins. Bio-Oil should be applied to the affected areas twice a day for at least three months. Please note that the scars are permanent, and although Bio-Oil is created to improve their appearance, it can never completely remove them. Results may vary from individual to individual. During pregnancy, Bio-Oil should be applied from the beginning of the second trimester to areas that are prone to stretch marks.
